 I have been a qualified Sports Therapist for over 10 years. Within those ten years I have built up two practice's in Wimborne and Lower Parkstone. I offer a wide range of services to treat injuries ranging from back and neck problems, to post-op rehabilitation and individual exercise programmes. I treat clients of all ages and offer first class treatment across all type of injuries.   

   I will conduct a full assessment and explanation of the problem.

The range of treatment includes: mobilisation of joints, manipulation, electrotherapy, massage, deep connective tissue mobilisation and exercises.

I will offer simple steps to improve your musculoskeletal and biomechanical problems and to remove your pain. I will also investigate how and why your problem occurred and give advice to prevent it recurring.
